All snow detours will be lifted and regular service will resume on Thursday, February 5, at 8 PM. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to safely restore service as soon as possible.
Please continue to allow extra travel time as some delays may continue due to lingering snow and ice on roads and sidewalks. If a bus stop feels unsafe, wave to signal the operator as the bus approaches. If the bus is in service, the operator will stop at the nearest safe location.
If you notice snow or ice that needs attention at bus stops, on sidewalks, streets, or elsewhere, you can request removal through ALEX 311. Requests can be submitted and tracked online using the ALEX 311 website or through the ALEX 311 mobile app, available for both iOS and Android.
For questions about an existing ALEX311 request, call 311 or 703.746.4311.
