WMATA’s Office of Customer Research has launched a customer survey regarding the Platform Improvement Project. The purpose of the survey is to:

1. To inform communication efforts during the month preceding the Platform Improvement Project.
2. To inform the distribution of resources (e.g., shuttle buses, support personnel, etc.) for mitigating the service disruptions.
