The Alexandria Transit Company (DASH) established DASH Advisory Committee (DAC) to provide a critical communication link between DASH, its customers and the Alexandria community. The DAC serves to provide input on a wide variety of service-related matters, help to improve customer outreach, and promotes an overall excellent customer experience for DASH riders. The DAC is an advisory body, and does not set or establish DASH policy, alter service standards, influence contracts, modify service, routes, or affect personnel matters.
Ultimately comprised of engaged community members and users of DASH, the DAC will help to identify opportunities and issues, investigate and discuss transit related topics, and propose solutions and recommendations to make DASH services better.
